Kharwas is a sweet meat made using "First milk" of a lactating cow. It's a milk drawn in the earlier 1-2 days while a cow starts lactating i.e after a calf is born. This milk is rich in Proteins. It has higher nutritional value. It is a healthy and a premium food one could have through out the year.
As good as the nutritional value it tastes yummy n delicious. This could be sweetened using either Sugar or Jaggery. Kharwas can be stored for 2-3 days. It is recommended to consume any kharwas dusring the day or morning time for better results.
