Cow Ghee (Type II)

This specific “type II” ghee is made using cow milk. The milk fats are converted into Butter and at a good age they get heated to a good temperature where the butter fats gets converted into Ghee.  The ghee made in this process would have a nice and natural aroma that would enrich your food recipes. A spoonful of ghee on your rice with the Daal will not only make it balsamic but the aroma, taste and Better appetising.

This ghee can be kept up to 2-3 months if stored at a dry and cool place.

Description

We are primarily a farmer processor firm, we process cow and buffalo milks. This all milk is collected at the bank of Bhima river near Pimpri Sandas village. These animals are generally fed on green grass ranging from green hemp, berseem, sugarcane and seasonal and cultivated fodder along with nutrition rich diet.
