Cow Ghee (Type I)
This specific “type I” ghee is made using cow milk fat, it is just made like the method we use at home.
We are primarily a farmer processor firm, we process cow and buffalo milks. This all milk is collected at the bank of Bhima river near Pimpri Sandas village. These animals are generally fed on green grass ranging from green hemp, berseem, sugarcane and seasonal and cultivated fodder along with nutrition rich diet.
This specific “type I” ghee is made using cow milk fat, it is just made like the method we use at home. The milk fats are heated to a good temperature where the milk fats gets converted into Ghee and it would have a nice and natural aroma.
This ghee can be kept up to 2-3 months if stored at a dry and cool place.
