Malai Curd is formed by culturing a full cream buffalo milk. Malai curd has a very firm and compact structure when settled. It tastes between sweet to slight sour depending on different factors like milk, temperature of surrounding, how it is preserved.
Curd is rich in protein, calcium, vitamin D, riboflavin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. Curd is reffered as more nutritious than milk. Curd can also suit to the lactose intolerent individuals.
